Over the next few days I’ll be chatting to you all individually about your work over the last year and your next target. In order to prepare for this and to help me start to write your reports, please think about these questions and post your answers as a comment.
What do you think you have achieved in French? (you may want to think about the 4 areas of reading, speaking, listening, writing)
What has been easy?
What has been more difficult?
Which activities have you enjoyed most?
Which activities have helped you to learn?
Do you learn/work better in a group/on your own/in pairs?

1) I think I have achieved listening abilities and I can reconize words on paper.
2) I found family was easy. As they were very basic and they were all alike.
3) Places. As I found it was hard remembering how to say I’m going and I went. And how to say the place names too,
4) The simpson game and the Traffic light boxes.
5) The Traffic light system. It picked out how what I need learn, what I needed to practise and what I knew.
6)I liked working in a group. You get more views on things,

I prefer working in groups than on my own because everyone has different strategies and we combine them which makes it easier to learn. I enjoyed the magazines that we made that helped me learn about sports and other stuff.

I think that learning the verbs were quite difficult but i got there in the end and i think the games that we played called snakes and ladders and whos the daddy were quite easy and the helped us learn the verbs. I think that learning the places in the town were quite difficult and im still not too sure about them. I think i work better in pairs or small groups.

I liked learning in groups because everybody had different thoughts about stuff. I have learnt about sport and we are learning about food and drink at the moment which is interesting because we are acting out ordering food from a cafe’.
